navman icn510 speed camera database

have downloaded the speed camera database and followed instructions right through to saving the poi's to device, I locate the correct .bmp file but after its gone through the saving process I get an error message stating "no active poi's in list"
help!

Did you definitely use the correct .csv file (Other, not Destinator3) and did you definitely use Notepad, not Excel, to edit the .csv file?
