Rest areas POI not coming up on map

Hi there
I have installed several POIs from this database and now I cannot se rest areas on my map even though it is selected.
I have not got to the maximum of 40 yet so don't think it is that.
One question - is the 40 maximum only for those selected or for all those available?
I look forward to some help.
