TomTom 5 Installation Problem, HELP!!!!!!

Hi guys,

I'm trying to install TT5 on my Toshiba e570. I run up the programme and click on English and the tick and the following text comes up "No compatible PC connection software was found. Please install the PC connection software supplied with your handheld device.". At this point I can only come out of the setup program. I am using ActiveSync 3.8 and I know this is working as I am able to sync all my outlook stuff without any probs.

Any Ideas?

I had a similar problem trying to install TTN5.
Having connected my PDA to the PC, and inserted the TTN5 Map Setup disc, I was presented with a message saying "No Device Connected - Retry\Cancel".
After checking everything, I discovered that if I clicked on "Go to Tomtom Website" within the setup menu, the installation would then work when clicking on "Install Map" on the menu. (with Tomtom's website still open in the web browser).

Very strange, but at least I managed to successfully install everything.
