Ordered my Brodit clip - simply excellent service. Plenty of pre-sales support over which one to buy and specific questions on car mounts. Ordered last week and arrived within 7 days.

Called late afternoon to place an order for next day delivery. At first I was told the delivery slot had gone for the day. But as a favour they said they would get my order out.

Sure enough it arrived the next day.

They really helped me out. Well worth a try.

Ordered Brodit mount, Proclip and Smartclip from Handnav. Good site, easy to navigate and order. Stuff always arrives when quoted, 2-3 days. Even when out of stock! Only gripe is like Leeus says, slow responses to e-mails and sometimes you guys are so busy you don't pick your phones up! :x

I hope you offer a customer referral discount scheme in the future. I recommended you to a work colleague of mine last week and he called you up and spent £800! Laughing

I will not be visiting HANDNAV.CO.UK again as they do not operate a 100% no quibble money back guarantee. I work in Europe with a delivery address in the UK (as this is linked to my CCD home address) so it would have been impossible to respond back to Handnav within the statutory 7 day "cooling off period". Hence I was charged a whopping 25% restocking fee! Handnav customer services let there phones ring off the hook and don't reply to there emails. So HANDNAV you have competitive web prices, deliver on time, however I will never be using your services again. Very disappointed and won't be recommending you to anyone. Crying or Very sad
