TT3 and TT5

I have navigator 3 on my ppc and TT 3maps on a CF card. If i install TT 5 on my ppc will it wipe TT 3?. I would like to keep both and run them side by side; incase TT navigator 5 doesnt work straight off. Then i still have the old version to fall back on. Thanks.

If the TT5 you are using is an upgrade from TT3 then I think that the software agreement says something about your old licence (TT3) no longer being valid. Which I think means you're not supposed to use both !!
But, I made a complete back up of my X3 to my SD card before the upgrade, just in case. So if I wanted to I could revert back to TT3 but it would be long winded to restore from a back up everytime TT5 let you down ?

Maybe if you have the room you could install TT5 and the maps to your CF card.

Hope this is not an infringment on the software licence though
