Editing favourites names in TT5

When I add favourite name using recent destinations TT5 seems to pop up its own keyboard rather than use the PPC one. This is okay but they seems no way to edit the text except by deleting, one-by-one, from the last character working back. As I typically seem to want to just change the first few characters this gets quite frustrating. Anyone know a workaround for this ? Thanks - Mike
