Avoid Area with TT5

Is it possible to set up a permanent 'avoid' on TT5, similar to the option on TT3 ?

I found this feature of particular use in that there are certain roads in my locality that I would never like a route running along them. I know this can be done each time the route is planned but with TT3 I just selected the road and added it to the avoid list.
