Replaced my Viewsonic V36 for an Ipaq HX2755. Trying to reinstall Navigator 2004 to the HX2755. Application seems to install fine but tapping on the TomTom icon in Today or program menu causes the device to lock up. TomTom never starts. I have tried installing to main memory, file store, and to CF card with all the same results. I did soft and hard resests many times. Do not have any other applications installed. Searched this forum and am unable to find any answers. Does anyone have any suggestions??

Did you try the update 4.44 from Tomtom's website?

Thanks so much! That seems to have been the problem. Was not sure if that update would work but it seems TT NAV2004 is the same product as TT NAV4.

OK - So I got TT4 working with the HP upgrade however TT will not save my home location or my favorites. I've reinstalled a couple of times with a few soft and hard resets for good measure with no sucess. Whenever I power down and power back up they are gone (home and favorites). Any ideas??
