problems installing tt5

I have recently bought tom tom 5 for the palm Tungsten t3 but I am having problems installing any voices i have done as it says in the booklet regarding installing the maps activating installing voices but no joy can somebody help me

I have fixed it I reinstalled my original cd tom tom 4 then installed tom tom 5 over the top it works fine now :D
