Trouble installing TTN5 on a Palm T3

My TTN5 upgrade arrived today courtesy of UPS. :D
However joy soon turned to frustration when I tried to install it on my Palm T3.

I loaded the Application CD.
Selected setup and was immediately presented with a message box indicating:
"Could not find the Palm Installer library InstAide.dll!"

The file InstAide.dll exists in my "C:/Program Files/Palm" directory.

I have installed many programs on my Palm in the past and never had this problem before.

Has anybody got round this issue?

Following a Google search I found that a re-install of Palm Desktop fixed my problem.
