Some questions on GPS routing software

Hi guys, I got some questions regarding GPS routing software and I'm hoping people here can help me. Basically, I have an iPaq hx2790 and I will be getting a Globalsat BT-338 bluetooth receiver very soon, so I am in the process of choosing a GPS routing software.

I've done some research and from what I read/screenshots/etc. I've come to the conclusion that either Route 66 or TomTom Navigator is good due to 3D view, voice guidance, etc. I just wanted people's opinions on the two before I invest in either one. I'm just trying to find any fatal flaws in each application before purchasing. Because I live in Ontario, Canada, I want a package which includes comprehensive coverage of Canada, but I don't know which of the two has better coverage of my country.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. :D

Teleatlas are said to have the better maps of Canada. I have not much experience with R66, but TomTom seems to have the more logical UI too.

Both iGo and R66 are missing because they are very new on the NA market.
