Log (PPC) and analyze (Win)?

I've searched the forums but I couldn't find any relevant information, so I'll ask instead.
I need a program to log GPS data on a PPC (Lat, Lon, Speed, Time, Alt) and a program to analyze and plot the track (in 3D) on my Windows computer. What do you recommend?

That's not exactly what I'm looking for. I need to make a 3D graph of the route, with altitude. I can't find that in GPS Speed Sentry.
