POI alerts after speed camera update

Having just synced all the various Speed Camera POIs onto my T5 running ViaMichelin 3.3, I almost forgot that I had to go back into the poi alerter and reselect all the 6 different categories to ensure I get an audible alert . Is there a better way or am I doing something wrong? It is too easy to forget to re-enable the alerter.
