CheckPOInt Security Codes

I have been trying to get a security code from OABsoftware to register and activate the speed camera and POI database all week for my IPAQ Tom Tom navigator.

They say it has been sent to my e mail address but it hasn't been received.

I have also tried a second e mail address with the same result.

If I ask for a reminder of the code it says that it was sent to my e mail address.

Any ideas - I do not have blocks on e mails from unknown senders or anything like that. Running on AOL Broadband with MCAfee protection.
