Planned a route from Hertfordshire to the Medway hospital in Gillingham, Kent. This route should have been A1/M25/M2 then local roads. The TTGO wanted to route me A1/M25/M11 into London, across the London charge zone and out on the A2!

I tried fastest & shortest, but it wanted to take me through London. When I eventually passed the M11 heading for the Dartford bridge, the go told me to turn around at the next junction and return to the M11!

It appears doesn't think the Dartford Bridge exists.

Not good!

Not surw where in Hertfordshire you planned your route from but I tried the centre of Watford to the centre of Gillingham and that took me on the A411, A4008, M1, M25 to J2, A2, A289 the local roads and it would of taken me 1.17 hours and 66.9 miles. On the shortest route it took me straight through the centre of London.

Very strange - I live in Welwyn Garden City Harwood Hill). Could someone else try this route for me. I tried several times but in each case it wanted to take me A1/M25/M11/London charge zone/A2!

Silly question as it takes you through the CC Zone but are you avoiding Toll Charges at all?

Or that there is a toll on the Dartford Bridge and you have told TomTom to "Avoid Tolls". Wink

I doubt that it is actually going through the London Charge zone, you are probably being routed via the Blackwall tunnel which is over 3 miles away from the CC zone. You can even cross Tower Bridge without being in the CC zone.
