does the postcode facility on v5.10 only work with new map

hi folks, ive got V5.10 on my pc but i'm reluctant to put it on my tom tom go cos i've heard that the postcode facility only works with the new map. is this true or a load of codswallop!!

It works with the old map too but the actual postcose file only comes with the new GB map SD Card ie you have to buy the new map to get the postcode search facility

Make a backup with v5 you can always change back to it.
