Is anyone still waiting for the TTN2 ?

Is anyone still waiting for their TTN2 upgrade CD to turn up from TomTom ? If so, please let me know when you ordered it, what you've been told the delay is and any order ref number you have. If you feel you want keep this private, please feel free to mail me privately.

I am still waiting for 2 copies, I have so far received 1 empty box, 1 damaged box + CD and 1 copy of Benelux software as a replacement for the damaged copy.

I have emailed them several times but the last couple of emails have gone un-answered.

I have tried calling them but the line is always busy.

Help !!!

I've sent you an email. I've forwarded your emails onto Corinne who is the Sales and Marketing Director at TomTom and also to David who works at TomTom's PR company and asked if your situation can be looked into and if someone can get back to you. Please let me know if you do or don't receive any response back.

Many thanks for your intervention; I have just received a phone call form Christen in the PR department at tomtom.

She was very apologetic and has promised to have the software to me by DHL before midday tomorrow.

I will keep you posted!!

No problem Alasdair, I've just received a phone call from Kristen just after you, so hopefully you'll receive your software in short order now.

I believe eveyrone has now received their upgrade CD's. If anyone is experiencing extended delays in receiving their upgrade CD's, please post a message here and I'll chase this up on your behalf with TomTom

Received both copies in a parcel from tomtom at 11.30 this morning.

Now installed nad ready to go !!
