Checkpoint 3.2 security code

I have had Checkpoint3.2 loaded for some time but after some problems with my pda have had to download it again.

I need to enter the POIplace security code for the email address I registered under but dont have it.

When I go to the log in page and press "I forgot my security code" it says that it has been sent to my email address but I never recieve the email.

I register with a different email address but still dont receive any email!

Can you please help?
