activating western europe maps ?

instaled the france map off western Europe disk 5 while instaling asked to conect to the internet to activate preed ok but came ip with couldnt connect so carried on till it finished then went on www.ttcode.com to activate my software clicked english then put in my product key clicked next device code . said my product key was good and then this product can no longer be activated ? is this right ???? im new to this . the thing is at the very top of the page in big leters theres enter your device code ? but no ware to enter it or click ?i cant get past this stage to activate my software its realy

me off as ive just bought it can anybody help as the reply from tom tom was responce before two days ? i need these maps for a trip to france next week . and with the way im going im going to be bald long before that Laughing Out Loud

ps my pda is a hp 5550 tom tom nav 3 just bean looking at the disk and in small leters is for use with palm os please please tell me these will work on my pda ?

sorry about the spelling i was at it all day yesterday trying work it out . I have since uninstalled the maps got hold of a copy of them off ebay and tried them ! you guessed it work first time ? i had to downgrade to nav 3.1 to get it to work but it did so now i know its not my pda thats at fault . i have since removed the maps broke up the cd and put it in the bin were it belongs . i want the real deal that works with the latest upgrades so i hope tom tom get there fingers out and tell me one way or the other what to do with these expencive coasters Laughing Out Loud
