Hi.
I have done a search for this but have not found a definitive answer.
Is it correct that CheckPOInt will not show speed camera icons (or any other icons for that matter) other than ones from POIPlace.
I am using the PocketGPS databases and they work and show up fine on the TomTom Navigator Map but do not show up on the little dialog box that appears when I am near a POI although the warnings are working as expected.
Please let me know even if the answer is 'No you cannot display POI Icons from other databases'. Just so that I know that it is not worth pursuing the matter
You do not have to use the separate speed files, its just what he did.
Hi.
Thanks for the reply but I had already noticed that post and I already have the correct files in my map directory but CheckPOInt doesn't seem to pick up the BMP files from there. (TTN3 uses them on the map fine)
Is there anything I have to set up to tell it to pick the files up from there? I couldn't see anything. I also tried a soft reset as per another post but that didn't work either .
