Hello all,

Not sure if this is the right place so apologies if not but I'm having a bit of a nightmare with my PDA mount situation. I have an IPAQ 4150 and I bought TOMTOM bluetooth GPS + Seidio 2500 mount from globalpositioningsystems.co.uk in September last year.

Anyway, about a month ago the Bluetooth receiver fried as did the mount. So TomTom replaced the GPS for me and I returned the mount. I got sent an Arkon one in return (despite requesting a TomTom bespoke one for 4150). Really don't like the Arkon mounts so I sent that back in order to get the TomTom one. I like the Tomtom one because it's slim-line.

But now I'm told that the Tomtom mount for the 4150 has been discontinued and I have to choose something else. So I'm wondering what the best option is? I want a slimline mount that the IPAQ slides into and clips into place (ie not like the Arkon with the sliding grippers and separate cable you have to plug into the IPAQ). It doesn't need to have amplified speaker tho. Any ideas? Or does anyone know where I can get my hands on the TomTom bespoke cradle?

Any info would be very useful as there doesn't seem to be too much in the way of decent mounts available!

go to www.handnav.co.uk and look at the proclip and brodit fittings.
i had a slight issue with mine but its ok now and it has a detachable power cable so you dont always have a trailing wire. plus it is on a swivel.
it fits very nicely my hp2410
