Hard Reset now cant run tom tom 2

I had to do a hard reset on my pocket pc, I also foramtted me pc at the same time, now tom tom keeps saying to reinstall.Which I have tryed over and over, it asked for the CD key first time I installed, and first time I installed after the format and hard reset. Now when I reinstall it dosn't ask for it.



Wats gone wrong and more importantly how do I fix it.

I think you're going to need to contact the activations email address shown at www.ttcode.com. Something sounds like it's got really confused.
