Backup and reset?

Hi folks,

I'm totally new to the world of Windows Mobile.

I have an Orange SPV C500.

Is there a way to backup the entire contents of the phone, and do I need to worry about backing up the Windows install?

Is there a way to reset the phone to its default install of Windows?

Any help would be much appreciated.

You can use active-sync to back-up your data.

As far as i know you do not need to worry about backing up Windows, yes there is a way to reset phone to factory settings, do a search on these sites or google it.
