TT go 300 File types -

The 300 is my first Nav. I have the card in a card reader. The UK maps etc are all .dat files. No sign of any .bmp or .ov2 files.

Is this the same format as the Classic files or is this a new format? I don't want to mess up copying a load of OV2 and BMP files if the system no longer uses them.

There's no .ov2 and .bmp files supplied - the built in POIs are wrapped in .dat files. However, the system does use .ov2 and .bmp for add-on POIs.
