Tomtom Navigator 2004 won't load on Mio 168

Has anyone sucessfully installed Tomtom Navigator 2004 on a Mitac Mio 168 that came preloaded with Mio Map? If so how did you do it?

I would also be interested in this, plus can TT 2004 be installed at the same time as TT3 or does one of them need to be removed first?
