|
|
I have a Dell latitude D600 laptop with docking station and I can't find the TTG as a mass storage device when connecting in to the usb ports within the dock.
I can find it through the laptops usb ports and it works fin but as it spends most of it's life in the dock the hassle factor of removing it every time becomes a pain.
Anyone have any ideas.
Thanks...Dave.... |

Is the dock powered?
I have a Belkin 4 port hub which almost always requires external power to recognise attached devices. _________________ Mike Barrett |

I have the same laptop and docking station. No problems here.
Did you try all ports: 1 on the left side and 3 USB ports on the backside of the docking station? |

Had the same problem a few months ago on my desk top running xp.
Remove all usb ports hubs etc in device manager, reboot pc and let windows find them again then plug tomtom in.
Sounds daft I know as other usb devices are working but it cured my problem. |
