Having sent my Nav 1 disk to Tom Tom by registered mail for the upgrade offered.I have sent many emails,and have heard nothing from Tom Tom. I sent the disk back on March the 28th, has Tom Tom sent out any upgrades yet or are they just lousey at customer relations.

It would be an understatement to say they are lousy, they are absolutely appalling. In business nothing agrevates me more than people who don't reply.

I sent my discs back in March. On the 19 March I received confirmation of my upgrade application and the code for the upgrade which I immediately ordered. On 1 April I received a thank you for sending back the required items (discs and application). On 2 April I received an email acknowledging reciept of order. Then a further email on 2 April advising payment had been authorised. On 8 April I received an email saying my order had been shipped. Since then NOTHING.

Isent them an email on 12 April to say the software had not been received and could they tell me the waybill number so I could chase the shippers. NOTHING. Sent another email on 15 April asking them the same question. NOTHING. Went on the TomTom web site on 22 April and sent copies of the emails to their support begging them to reply to them. NOTHING. My credit card was debited with the amount on 9 April. I don't know if they have sent the goods as they say or if they have been lost in transit. I guess the next approach is to contact my credit card company and claim from them. This is an absolutely appalling way to do business.
