Newbie time !

Hi guys.....Im not exactly new to the GPS scene, I've had a Garmin Emap on my motorbike for almost ayear now. And very happy with it i am too !

However, I've recently bought a PDA (Dell X5) from ebay that came with some software discs etc.
I can see tomtom and Tomtom GPS installed on the PDA. Clicking the GPS brings up a GPS screen just fine, but clicking on the TomTom starts the app, but it says that no maps are installed.

Here's the thing, i can't seem to find any maps on any disks. Bought as seen as usual so no recourse to seller . However, i have a disc that seems to contain the TTN2. When i go to install it, it says I dont have a compatiable device for TTN2, but will let me install the maps.

Will TTN2 maps work with TTN3?

If not, can you buy seperate GB maps for TTN3? all a bit worrying?

TTN2 maps won't work with TTN3, but you can buy TTN3 maps.
