Hi all,
I purchased a Mitac Mio 168 from Chatan for my truck. After two weeks of use the activesync socket worked loose and it sits inside the unit, so I can't charge the darn thing. I have tried for at least two months trying to get some reponse out of Handnav but the phones are either engaged or just ring. If you read this Chatan please contact me, you have my details, or shall I just write off the £360 that I paid you and contact my local Trading Standards Office.
