Re-Routing Speed, Classic vs Go 500

I have a TomTom Go, which has a 200 MHz processor.

However I am considering upgrading to a TomTom Go 500 (very similar but has a 400 Mhz processor).

Will the re-routing speed be faster because of the faster processor or does this have nothing to do with it? I use the TomtTom for London and in busy city areas it can be a bit slow at re-routing

Possibly but until we can test them there is no way of knowing. Route calculation speed is often affected by processor performance.
