TomTom Navigator set up

Hi Everyone
First time here,I have a mio 168 and have just set up tt navigator,everything is fine except when I touch on tt Navigator to open it in the main page it beeps at me,and will not open.
What am I doing wrong

try a soft reset if that doesnt work then remove tt from the mio and then reinstall

Hi alix
Thanks for that,tried the soft reset still the same,notice that when I click on the windows icon and log in to navigator it takes me back to the home page ,where I press and hold tt it opens then.
In the box there are 2 cds,one is the normal tt nav 3 software and maps the other is called update cd for win mobile second edition,do I have to use both of them for the mio 168

john the second cd should contain version 3.07 use this disc to install the application to the mio this should solve the problem
