Help me please anyone who has the above combination,
I already had an ipaq 5455 and i wanted to get myself a bluetooth GPS and a good navigator and was reccommended these two. I obviously didnt buy a bundle because of already having the ipaq but i'm having real difficulty getting the ipaq to recognise the gps using the software from globalsat,
also, in the list of gps receivers in the tomtom software it doesnt list the globalsat bt-308, can anyon give me a clue about the best way to set this up
I can get the ipaq to pair with the gps fine, and i know the gps works cos i got it working with my Mac!!!

You don't need to find the exact receiver in the list.. All BT GPS will work with the default setting which is NMEA 38400 and the outgoing serial port on the PDA - in the TomTom dropdown that is usually the one that's before the last entry. _________________ Lutz
