TomTom customer Service - very poor

I'm on TomTom 3 BT for the Palm T3, and have found the Tomtom customer service to be very very poor, taking 6 months to send me one power lead that should have been included in my pack (the other power lead described in my pack isn't even made anymore, so I can't attach the bluetooth receiver to the battery direct to permanently instal it in the car, but have to attach it to the palm holder each time I get in; there are alot of wires on my dashboard).

For 6 months I had no way of recharging my GPS receiver in the car; 4 hours use, then I was back to the road map book.

I'm interested in changing my software after experiencing this pathetic customer support.

Great tool, disgraceful customer support. Wish I'd bought something else.
