Royaltek RBT3000 + Qtek2020

Hi all, I've a big problem with installation of my GPS.
I have Royaltek RBT3000 and I wish to install on my Qtek2020 with TomTom 3 (updated to 3.01).
WHen I try to install RBT3000 "GPS serial port driver" from CD-Rom, I receive the following message:
"Install GPS Serial Port Failure, please try to reset PDA device and reinstall again".
I've tried to install BTtools from http://bluetooth.i-networx.de/
but without results ( With this I can only set COM7 not available in TomTom).
I've tried also to hard reset my PDA and reinstall but don't work !

Please help me !!!

It's probably because you have TTN3 installed and the TomTom ~ GPS fudge driver. Uninstalling, restarting and testing that TTN3 still works then install the Blue application and this should work.

I get the same message, and I don't have TomTom (or an other mapping software) installed.
