I.Trek SGR-607 & Axim x50v problems

Hey people,

I have just purchased an I.trek sgr 607 and also have a brand new dell Axim x50v.

After installing the software on the cd and syncronising it the reciever cant find a signal. I have also tried MS Streets and it says it has found the right port but cant a signal. Iam using port 4 which it found itself. Can anyone provide a suggestio.

Problem fixed guys just wont work well inside at all and takes some time to get a fix.
