What software for Palm Zire 72 & Sony P800

I currently own a Palm Zire 72 and a Fortuna Clip-On Bluetooth GPS Receiver

Could anyone recommend some good sat-nav software for the Zire?
I only drive in the U.K. and am looking for software that will allow me to input multiple destinations, and will calculate the best order and route to take.

It seems like Pocket PC's have plenty of software available, but I can't find anything for the Palm that isn't already bundled with a GPS reciever.

I also own a Sony P800 PDA phone, and as it's bluetooth compatible, I wondered if it was possible to use my GPS reciever with this aswell. Does anyone know of any software for this device?

For the Sony P800, wayfinder is a good solution.
It uses a bluetooth GPS receiver and GPRS to download routes & maps.
