3 Local regular mobile camer locations

Have saved three local mobile camera locations on my PDA in TT3 with Checkpoint.

I selected point on the map and added as POI and selected mobile 40mph camera as the icon.

How do I send these to you to update the data base?

I know where to send it but what do I send and if a file where on the PDA will I find the files
