I am experiencing major problems in getting the various csv files on to my Navman. Having followed the instruction to the letter for the database download and edit, when I come to send them to the device, I get an error indicating no POI data in input file?

Can anyone help??

Rgds.

got my 510 yesterday, ive managed to get the files to the 510 with poi sync & they are shown on the sd card however cant see them in POI thro the menu of the 510.
The files when i browse the card from my computer are a different format to the gatsco i added manually. Did you click save from the file menu in notepad after editing (assuming youv tried manully)? i couldnt get them unless i saved exactly that way ie file/save. Hope that helps.

Anyone know how to get POI sync to work with a 510?

POI Sync doesn't work with SmartST, as SmartST converts .asc or .csv files into a proprietary format using its own POIEditor. As yet, POI Sync doesn't emulate that format and neither does POIEdit.
