tomtom nav 2004 with mitac mio 168 problem

I bought tomtom 2004 several days ago in Seattle. I installed on my mitac mio 168. But I can not execute the program on my ppc. I click the icon and nothing happen. I can finish install the software without any problem, but I can't run it. Did anyone have the same question? And any suggestion?

The official statement from TomTom is that the Mitac Mio is NOT supported -due to the built in antenna. TTN 2004 only supports serial (COM1) and BT receivers.
