Bought a Navigon 4 pna needed to contact navigon about serial number pamphlet and after spending an absolute fortune on 1 phone call the german pratt on the other end of the phone would not help me out at all insisting it was in the box and i hadnt looked properly and if it was missing the only option i had was to buy new software at a price in order to obtain new serial. My other option was to return to supplier and let him deal with it, he also rang navigon and must have got the same useless pratt as it seems now the unit is going back to them and a replacement hopefully in due course. unfortunatly i have already paid for mine but i dont recomend buying one of these and if you do and its faulty dont waste your time ringing navigon they will not help period. I would really like to say some nasty spitefull words about the arrogant german i spoke to, maybe in the next war i will get the opportunity to put him out of my misery.
