Defining custom POI's outside of TomTom?

TomTom's feature of being able to create your own POI's is very useful, however doing it entirely on the PDA is very fiddly, especially with the small screen size.

Ideally what I would like to do is use Memory Map and define all my points of interest as Marks in there and then somehow export it to TomTom, without having to type the names in again.

Any way of doing that? :D
