continental ref in csv

I notice there is a refernce to a continental.csv in the SCD database. Is this a UK speed camera? Where are they - area wise? Is it worth a download addition?

The Continental.csv contains camera sites on mainland europe. Unless you plan to go there and have the maps to suit, it's a waste of space to upload it to your device.
