parrot 3300 gps ....aaaarrrgghhhh!

Hi,

Have just had a parrot blutooth CK3300 advanced car kit and gps installed in my wifes car to use with an Orange M1000 / tt3

I have no trouble pairing/bonding the two devices but cannot get the parrot to work with either gps voice or phone calls.

Now on the little Parrot display it shows my wife's name ( from bonding with the M1000) and Headset. When I click 'finish' on the PDA after bonding a message comes up which says this bluetooth device supports bluetooth headset and if i click either yes or no the words ' headset' still appears on the parrot display.

Help !!!!

That's what I'd expect you to see. Have you tried calling the m1000 to see if the Parrot kit handles the call?

Hi Darren - I think I have discovered the problem ( I hope) which will require a windows update for the M1000 from the Parrot site. I 've tried it successfully with my Nokia 6230 so it does point to the M1000.
