Motorway junction POI's

I can't find any way in TomTom to navigate to a particular (uk) motorway junction (usually as part of an itinery). So I think a set of POIs would do the same job. Are these available anywhere?

If you know the junction is near a town or city, you can search for the motorway junction by selecting the town, then "M" for the road. Your desired motorway and junction should be listed for you to choose.
