Pdating to V3 Speed Camera Database on Tungsten T3

I've been happily using your excellent safety camera database, downloaded Dec 04, on my TomTom Navigator 3 bluetooth on my Tungsten T3. I followed the instructions for downloading and installing the current Jan 05 version 3.0.. I couldn't initially work out how to delete the existing Pocket GPS database files as advised on the installation page. I then found the "maintain POI" category on the Navigator (presumably resident on the SD card) and used it to delete all the installed Pocket GPS databases. I unzipped the new files but found that a Hotsynch didn't install them. Do I need to copy all the files to the Tom Tom card? How do I deal with the subdirectories that got unzipped-- speed zoned, gatso and mobile? Do I just copy them as they are onto the card, or select some files and load them?
