changing pointer graphic

Hey,

I've just purchased an iPAQ with TomTom bundle.... its pretty good - better than I expected to be honest.... a couple of routes are not what I would have expected - but like I read earlier, if you know the route, why use it!! Worked perfectly when I was finding a road in bradford this morning.....!!

Anyway... on to my question!

The blue arrow pointer - can this be changed? I've had a browse around the files on my device, and cannot find an image - so I am guessing it's embedded in the main files or something?

Does anyone know of a hack for this?

I've managed to install the speed camera POI and the all importand McDonalds one also Smile

Welcome to the forum.

You cannot change the pointer but you can change the colour profile to make it stick out more, especially in night mode.

to be honest, what I wanted to do was change it and put a small pic of my car..... it'd be so much more entertaining!!!!

AFAIK only PaPaGO supports that. There you can change the pointer to a "Frerrari"
