TT3 “Failed to bring Navigator to foreground”

Am unable to get TT3 Navigator to start up. The GPS side is working properly and I have reinstalled Navigator, all to no avail.

When I try to enter Navigator via UK Postcodes, I get the error message “Failed to bring Navigator to foreground”

Anyone got any suggestions? All help greatly appreciated!!
