Hi,
I (foolishly) installed Checkpoint 3.2 on my Mio 168.
It did not appear tp work, nothing happened when I clicked it in Programs, so I then removed it, except it seems not to have completely removed.
When I installed Checkpoint 2.0, this worked fine. I have not driven on a road with a speed camera yet, but they do appear on the maps in the right places.
My problem is that I have 2 Checkpoint icons in the Start menu, and one in Programs but it is labelled Checkpoint 3.2, this actually runs 2.0.
One of the icons in Start menu runs normally. The other doesn't.
Any way I can fix this without starting all over?
I can live with it, but I need to make sure I click the correct icon
Leigh

Open File Explorer and navigate to

My Device -> Windows -> Start Menu

This is where you'll find the shortcuts to the programs shown on the Start Menu. Navigate down a level into "Programs" to find the remaining shortcuts.

You can simply delete the one you don't want from here.

Perhaps I should add you 'tap and hold' on the entry, then select 'Delete' from the pop-up menu.
