creating ov2 fro asc files at www.poidownload

At present I am using OV2tools to dump and make my overlays for TomTom. Up until now, no problems.

I was directed to www.poidownload.com to obtain .asc files of POI's. Great I thought, but on converting the .asc files, instead of receiving the .ov2 and .bmp files, two empty folders were generated called
'intermediate' and 'out'

Any ideas please?

Solved it!

Files downloaded from the poidownload site are in the form:

Golf Courses.asc

the convertor does not recognise the format of the file name with spaces.

Exchange the spaces for 'underscore' character and conversion is complete.
