Updating POI

I have acquired direct from BP an up to date listing of their sites (Jan 2005), but have been unable to convert it into the correct format for TomTom Navigator 3. I have the file in an Excel spreadsheet, and would be grateful if someone could explain how to convert it into the right format, or alternatively, I could email the spreadsheet so it can be converted and uploaded.

If you still can't find the answer you need, you can send me the file and I'll see if I can convert it for you.

How is the information listed? Does it give postcodes for each branch or longitude/latitude?
